Cisco published the End-of-Life announcement in October 2013, ended sales in October 2014, and reached Last Date of Support on October 31, 2019. After LDoS, Cisco no longer offers TAC, RMA, or software updates for the WS-2960 platform. Cisco’s recommended replacements are the Catalyst 9200/9200L for enterprise access and the Catalyst 1300 Series for SMB and edge.
