If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Replacement Guarantee

Our products can be returned if a defect is found within 30 days of the receipt of the product. It will be repaired or replaced within 30 days of our receiving notification of the defect.  Replacement is only for defective products.  There is no warranty for merchant-ability or fitness of use. There are no cash refunds.

IBM Banded Equipment

For IBM equipment that is banded and sealed by IBM, the seal acts as our guaranty that IBM will accept such sealed equipment under a standard IBM maintenance policy.  This is our only quality guarantee for sealed equipment and it supersedes the replacement guarantee above. To insure that this maintenance guarantee is met, purchaser shall engage IBM (and IBM only) to install said equipment.  Once the equipment is installed by IBM the purchase contract is deemed fulfilled and there is no further guarantee.

Purchaser agrees that it or other third-parties will not break the IBM seal and that only IBM will install IBM sealed equipment.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 60 days
  • The product is in its original packaging- The product isn’t used or damaged- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from TeamKCI.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items
