1) We stock spare parts on premises to facilitate rapid repair and ensure that most problems can be handled with a single maintenance call.
2) We utilize the "dial-in" and "call home" features inside your equipment to identify problems before they occur.
3) We guaranty that you will speak to a customer engineer trained on your equipment within one half-hour.
4) We guarantee that you will have one of our customer engineers on your premises within a four-hour response time.
5) We use only original manufacturer’s parts.
6) Our prices are at a minimum 30% less than the manufacturer’s best prices.
7) We will maintain any Brocade legacy product for as long as you choose to use it. We have never dropped service on any product until every last one of our customers had stopped using that product.
8) We guaranty your rates for two years.
9) We offer a 5% pre-payment discount.
