Are you an experienced enthusiastic, driven
salesperson interested in an inside telephone sales position?
KCI, INC., a leader in Enterprise switching, storage, SANs,
mainframe servers and IT maintenance, has openings in Telephone
Sales.
You should be articulate, tenacious, persuasive, prepared,
meticulous, organized, energetic, and a graduate of a four year
college or university. You should be familiar with selling
technology, writing sales proposals, using MS Excel, MS Word,
the technology sales cycle and the concept of vertical and
lateral selling in the same organization.
You must be a team player, willing and ready to work in a
diverse environment. You will be expected to meet and
exceed your goals, make cold calls, prospect for new customers,
and build upon and service existing accounts in your territory.
When calling a prospect, you will need to identify the key
decision makers, hardware planners and operations managers to
create productive consultative relationships. Your
composure and your oral and written presentation skills should
be excellent.

Are you an experienced enthusiastic, hard
driving customer service engineer looking for a position that
will utilize your skills and provide potential for personal and
professional growth?
KCI, INC., a leader in Enterprise switching, storage, SANs,
mainframe servers and IT maintenance, has openings for customer
support in various cities across America.
You should be articulate, tenacious, persuasive, prepared,
meticulous, organized, energetic, and have a minimum of three
years McData, InRange, CNT or Telenex experience. You
should be familiar with technology, working with customers, and
interfacing with management.
At a minimum you should be fully qualified and certified on at
least three of the following machines: FC/9000, CD/9000, Telenex
2700, McData i10k, McData 6140 and McData 6064.
You must be a team player, willing and ready to work in a
diverse environment. You will be expected to meet and
exceed your goals, stay until the job gets done, work well with
customers, and build upon and service existing accounts in your
territory. When calling a prospect, you will need to
identify hardware problems, interface with operations managers
and creative productive consultative relationships. Your
composure, your technical skills and your communications skills
should be excellent.
